Love my hometown!!! A comforting place for any and all to call home. I have clients that move away and come back because they miss it and realize there is nothing quite like it anywhere!! We are in the center of the state. Close to Atlanta, close to the mountains ,close to the beach and close to Disney World!!! and yet there is something here going on all the time. You don't have to go anywhere to be entertained or see a friendly welcoming face where everyone knows your name or at least pretends they do!!! Because that's the Southern way!!!! We are full of amazing people from all over the world. An eclectic little town.. Come home to Macon where we love you unconditionally!!

Actor Nick Moran visited Macon in February 2011 as a special guest of The Macon Film Festival. His reaction to Macon - 'this is the friendliest little film festival around'. He nailed it: Macon is a friendly welcoming town!
